A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before delivery of final images. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.

Copyright and Usage

Bold & Brilliant Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.

Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the event via online gallery or USB drive as agreed upon.
